• لا حساب ولا تسجيل. لا تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول، ولا يطلب التطبيق اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك.
• موقعك يبقى على جهازك. إذا سمحت بذلك، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة، ولا يُرسَل الموقع إلى خادمنا. ولإظهار اسم مدينتك، تتلقى خدمة الموقع المدمجة في هاتفك (Google في أندرويد، وApple في iOS) الإحداثيات. ويمكنك بدلًا من ذلك اختيار مدينتك يدويًا.
• ملاحظاتك وعلاماتك المرجعية ومفضلتك وأعداد تسبيحك وإعدادات التذكير تُحفَظ على جهازك فقط.
• يقدّم خادمنا المحتوى (التلاوات، والتفاسير، والأحاديث، والأذكار، والإذاعة، وإعدادات التطبيق). ومثل أي خادم ويب، يتلقى عنوان IP الخاص بك والمحتوى الذي تطلبه.
• في أندرويد فقط: يتضمن التطبيق خدمة Google Analytics for Firebase، التي تسجّل تلقائيًا أحداث استخدام التطبيق مع معرِّفات الجهاز، ومنها المعرِّف الإعلاني لأندرويد. في أندرويد وiOS: يتضمن التطبيق خدمة Firebase Crashlytics التي ترسل تقريرًا عند تعطّل التطبيق.
• لا إعلانات. لا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات، ولا يتضمن أي شبكة إعلانية.
• التحكم بيدك. يمكنك حذف الملاحظات والعلامات المرجعية والمفضلة كلٌّ على حدة داخل التطبيق، أو إزالة كل شيء بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو حذفه (انظر البند 17).

1. من نحن

تطبيق «لنستقيم» هو وقف إسلامي رقمي ورفيق إيماني شامل لوجه الله تعالى، يشرف عليه فريق عمل متطوع يسعى لخدمة كتاب الله عز وجل وسنة نبيه ﷺ.

نلتزم بأعلى معايير الخصوصية والأمان لحماية المستخدمين. ولأي استفسار حول سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات، يسعدنا تواصلكم المباشر معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: lnastaqim@gmail.com.

2. نطاق السياسة

تسري هذه السياسة على تطبيق لنستقيم لنظام أندرويد (الحزمة com.islam.lnastaqim) ولنظام iOS (المعرّف com.islam.lnastaqim)، وعلى هذا الموقع الإلكتروني. ولا تسري على التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى التي تفتحها من خلال لنستقيم، مثل واتساب، أو تطبيق البريد، أو خرائط Google، أو تطبيقات الدفع، إذ تخضع هذه لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

نؤكد بوضوح أن تطبيق لنستقيم لا يقوم بأي مما يلي:

• إنشاء حسابات، أو مطالبتك بالتسجيل أو تسجيل الدخول؛
• طلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك داخل التطبيق؛
• إرسال موقعك أو ملاحظاتك أو علاماتك المرجعية أو مفضلتك أو أعداد تسبيحك إلى خادمنا؛
• استخدام موقعك في الخلفية؛
• الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو التقويم أو الملفات؛
• عرض الإعلانات أو معالجة المدفوعات (روابط التبرع تفتح تطبيق البنك أو الدفع الخاص بك).

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نؤكد بشكل قاطع أننا لا نبيع ولا نشارك أي بيانات إطلاقاً

5. أذونات الجهاز

يمكنك منح هذه الأذونات أو سحبها في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك. والأذونات الاختيارية ليست شرطًا لعمل بقية التطبيق.

أندرويد

• الموقع (الدقيق والتقريبي) أثناء استخدام التطبيق: لمواقيت الصلاة والقبلة و«ابحث عن مسجد». إذن اختياري؛ ويمكنك بدونه اختيار مدينتك يدويًا.
• الإشعارات: لتنبيهات الأذان والتذكيرات (أذكار الصباح والمساء، والصلاة على النبي ﷺ)، ولإظهار تقدّم التنزيل.
• المنبّهات والتذكيرات (المنبّهات الدقيقة): لتشغيل الأذان في وقت الصلاة بدقة.
• إشعارات ملء الشاشة: لإظهار شاشة الأذان والهاتف مقفل.
• الظهور فوق التطبيقات الأخرى (اختياري ومعطّل افتراضيًا): لإظهار شاشة الأذان أثناء استخدامك تطبيقًا آخر، وتفعّله بنفسك من الإعدادات.
• التشغيل عند بدء الجهاز: لإعادة ضبط منبّهات الأذان بعد إعادة تشغيل الهاتف أو تغيّر المنطقة الزمنية.
• خدمة في المقدّمة لتشغيل الوسائط: لمواصلة تشغيل التلاوات والأذان مع إشعار ظاهر.
• إبقاء الجهاز نشطًا والاهتزاز: أثناء الأذان وتشغيل الصوتيات.
• الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة: لتنزيل المحتوى.
• المعرّف الإعلاني، والوصول إلى إسناد الإعلانات ومُحيل التثبيت: تضيفها خدمة Google Analytics for Firebase، وتُستخدم للتحليلات على النحو الموضّح في البند 7. ولا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات.

iOS

• الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق: لمواقيت الصلاة والقبلة و«ابحث عن مسجد». إذن اختياري؛ ويمكنك بدونه اختيار مدينتك يدويًا.
• الإشعارات، بما فيها الإشعارات الحساسة للوقت: لتنبيهات الأذان والتذكيرات، ويمكنها تجاوز وضع التركيز إذا سمحت بذلك.
• تشغيل الصوت والتحديث في الخلفية: لمواصلة تشغيل التلاوات وتحديث جدول الأذان.

7. التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والإعلانات والتتبع

التحليلات (أندرويد فقط). يتضمن تطبيق أندرويد خدمة Google Analytics for Firebase. وتذكر Google أنها تجمع تلقائيًا أحداثًا معيّنة (مثل أول فتح للتطبيق، وبدء الجلسة، ومشاهدة الشاشات، وتحديثات التطبيق)، مع معرّف نسخة التطبيق، والمعرّف الإعلاني إذا كان جهازك يوفّره. ولا يتضمن التطبيق حاليًا خيارًا داخليًا لإيقاف ذلك. وللحدّ منه، يمكنك حذف المعرّف الإعلاني أو إعادة ضبطه من إعدادات جهازك (في أغلب الأجهزة: الإعدادات › الخصوصية › الإعلانات، أو الإعدادات › Google › الإعلانات)، أو حذف التطبيق. وصف Google: الأحداث التي تُجمَع تلقائيًا.

لا تحليلات في iOS. لا يتضمن تطبيق iOS خدمة Google Analytics for Firebase.

تقارير الأعطال (أندرويد وiOS). إذا تعطّل التطبيق، ترسل خدمة Firebase Crashlytics تقريرًا فنيًا عن العطل لمساعدتنا على إصلاحه، ولا يتضمن التقرير ملاحظاتك أو موقعك. ولا يتضمن التطبيق حاليًا خيارًا داخليًا لإيقاف ذلك.

الإعلانات والتتبع. لا يعرض التطبيق إعلانات ولا يتضمن أي شبكة إعلانية، ولا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات الموجّهة، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات الشركات الأخرى أو مواقعها. المشروع وقفي بالكامل وخالٍ من أي ربط إعلاني تجاري

8. معلومات الممارسة الدينية

قد يكشف استخدامُ تطبيق إسلامي، أو ضبطُ تنبيهات الصلاة، أو الاحتفاظُ بأعداد التسبيح، عن المعتقد الديني، وتَعُدّ قوانين كثيرة ذلك من البيانات الشخصية الحساسة. وفيما يلي طريقة تعاملنا معها:

• تبقى إعدادات تنبيهات الصلاة والتذكيرات وأعداد التسبيح والملاحظات والعلامات المرجعية والمفضلة على جهازك، ولا تصل إلينا.
• يرى خادمنا المحتوى المطلوب من عنوان IP الخاص بك (مثل تلاوة معيّنة)، دون ربطه بحساب، إذ لا توجد حسابات أصلًا.
• في أندرويد، تسجّل خدمة Google Analytics for Firebase أن التطبيق قيد الاستخدام والشاشات التي تُفتح. ولأن التطبيق إسلامي، فقد يدلّ هذا الاستخدام بحد ذاته على الممارسة الدينية.
• لا نستخدم هذه المعلومات في الإعلانات، ولا نبيعها.

9. بيانات الموقع

• متى يُطلب الإذن: يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع عند بدء تشغيله، ولك أن ترفض.
• الدقة: يطلب التطبيق موقعًا متوسط الدقة، ولا يحدّثه أثناء فتح التطبيق إلا بعد انتقالك مسافة تقارب 10 كيلومترات.
• أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط: لا يتتبع التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية، وتعتمد تحديثات المواقيت في الخلفية على آخر موقع محفوظ.
• ما يُحفَظ على جهازك: آخر موقع لك، والمدينة والدولة، وما إذا كنت قد اخترت المدينة بنفسك.
• من يتلقى الموقع: ليس خادمنا. تتلقى خدمة تحديد العناوين في نظام جهازك (Google في أندرويد، وApple في iOS) الإحداثيات لمعرفة اسم مدينتك، أو النص الذي تكتبه عند البحث عن مدينة. وإذا ضغطت على «ابحث عن مسجد» تُمرَّر إحداثياتك إلى خرائط Google ضمن العنوان الذي يُفتح.
• دون إذن الموقع: تظل مواقيت الصلاة متاحة؛ اختر مدينتك يدويًا. وإذا لم يتوفر أي موقع، يعتمد التطبيق مكة المكرمة إلى أن تختار مدينتك.

10. البيانات على جهازك مقابل الخوادم

النسخ الاحتياطي للجهاز. في أندرويد، لم يُعطَّل النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي للنظام في هذا التطبيق، ولذلك قد تُضمَّن بيانات التطبيق المحفوظة (مثل الملاحظات والعلامات المرجعية وموقعك المحفوظ) في النسخة الاحتياطية لحسابك على Google، بحسب إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي لديك. وفي iOS، قد تُضمَّن بيانات التطبيق في نسخ iCloud الاحتياطية أو نسخ الحاسوب، بحسب إعداداتك.

11. هذا الموقع الإلكتروني

لا يضع هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز)، ولا يحمّل أي نصوص برمجية للتحليلات أو الإعلانات. ويحفظ فقط اختيارك للغة وللوضع الفاتح أو الداكن في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك ليتذكّرهما. الموقع خالٍ تماماً من أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) أو تتبع

12. خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق لنستقيم موجَّه إلى عموم الجمهور، وليس موجَّهًا إلى الأطفال على وجه الخصوص. ولا توجد فيه حسابات، ولا يطلب من أي أحد، بمن في ذلك الأطفال، اسمه أو بيانات التواصل معه. وتنطبق التحليلات (في أندرويد) وتقارير الأعطال الموضّحة في البند 7 على جميع مستخدمي التطبيق. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا بيانات شخصية، عبر البريد الإلكتروني مثلًا، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.

التطبيق مناسب ومتاح لجميع الأعمار ولكافة أفراد الأسرة

13. نقل البيانات دوليًا

تعالج Google بيانات Firebase على خوادم في عدة دول، منها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. ويقع خادم المحتوى الخاص بنا في خوادم سحابية آمنة. وحيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك، يستند النقل إلى المعايير الدولية القياسية لحماية البيانات.

14. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• البيانات على جهازك: حتى تحذفها، أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق، أو تحذف التطبيق.
• سجلات الطلبات على الخادم: تُحذف تلقائياً وبشكل دوري خلال 30 يوماً.
• بيانات التحليلات (أندرويد): تُحفظ مؤقتاً وتُجدد دورياً.
• تقارير الأعطال: وفق ما تحدده Google لخدمة Crashlytics.
• الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا: تُحفظ حتى الرد على استفسارك فقط ثم تُحذف.

15. الأمان

يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا وبخدمة Firebase عبر اتصالات HTTPS مشفّرة. وقد تُبَثّ بعض الإذاعات والصوتيات من جهات بث خارجية عبر اتصال HTTP غير مشفّر إذا لم تتح الجهة غيره، ولا تنقل هذه الاتصالات سوى الصوت الذي طلبته. ولا تغادر معظمُ بياناتك جهازك، وتحميها وسائل الأمان في جهازك نفسه (قفل الشاشة والتشفير). ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، لكننا نعمل على حماية المعلومات التي نتعامل معها.

16. حقوقك

بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد يحق لك ما يلي:

• معرفة البيانات الشخصية التي نعالجها والحصول على نسخة منها (حق الاطلاع وحق نقل البيانات)؛
• تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة؛
• حذف بياناتك؛
• تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها، بما في ذلك المعالجة القائمة على المصلحة المشروعة؛
• سحب موافقتك في أي وقت (بإيقاف إذن الموقع مثلًا)، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في المعالجة السابقة؛
• الاعتراض على «بيع» البيانات الشخصية أو «مشاركتها» (ونحن لا نبيعها)؛
• عدم التمييز ضدك بسبب ممارستك لحقوقك؛
• تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة، مثل الجهة المختصة في دولتك في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة، أو مركز حماية البيانات الشخصية في مصر. الجهات المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلد إقامتك

لممارسة هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على lnastaqim@gmail.com، وسنرد خلال 3 أيام عمل. ولأن التطبيق لا يتضمن حسابات ولا يعرض لك أي معرّف، فقد نحتاج إلى أن تصف طلبك بالتفصيل. ولا يمكننا رؤية البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك؛ فأنت تتحكم فيها مباشرة (البند 17).

17. كيفية حذف بياناتك

لا يوجد حساب لحذفه. وتُحذَف بياناتك على النحو الآتي:

1. عناصر محددة داخل التطبيق: احذف الملاحظات والعلامات المرجعية والمفضلة والصوتيات المنزّلة من شاشاتها. (خيار «مسح الذاكرة المؤقتة» في الإعدادات يحذف الملفات المؤقتة فقط.)
2. كل البيانات في أندرويد: الإعدادات › التطبيقات › لنستقيم › مساحة التخزين › محو مساحة التخزين، أو احذف التطبيق.
3. كل البيانات في iOS: الإعدادات › عام › مساحة تخزين iPhone › لنستقيم › حذف التطبيق، أو المس أيقونة التطبيق مطوّلًا واختر إزالة التطبيق › حذف التطبيق.
4. البيانات المحفوظة لدينا أو لدى Google: راسلنا على lnastaqim@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات – لنستقيم». وانظر الدليل خطوة بخطوة في صفحة اتصل بنا.

يوقف حذفُ التطبيق أيَّ جمع لاحق للبيانات، أما بيانات التحليلات والأعطال المُرسَلة سابقًا فتُحذَف وفق البند 14.

18. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

عند تغيّر التطبيق أو هذه السياسة، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ «آخر تحديث». وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية، سنُعلمك أيضًا داخل التطبيق أو في صفحة المتجر قبل سريان التغيير.

20. تاريخ السريان

تسري هذه السياسة وتُعمل بها اعتبارًا من شهر أكتوبر 2026م (الإصدار 1.0)، مع حرصنا الدائم على الشفافية وصيانة ثقتكم الغالية.

The short version

• No account. You do not sign up or log in. The app does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
• Location stays on your device. If you allow it, the app uses your location to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction. It is not sent to our server. To show your city name, your phone's built-in location service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS) receives the coordinates. You can choose a city by hand instead.
• Your notes, bookmarks, favourites, tasbeeh counts and reminder settings are stored only on your device.
• Our server delivers content (recitations, tafsir, hadith, azkar, radio, app settings). Like any web server, it receives your IP address and the item you request.
• Android only: the app includes Google Analytics for Firebase, which automatically records app-usage events with device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID. Android and iOS: the app includes Firebase Crashlytics, which sends a report when the app crashes.
• No ads. The app shows no advertising and contains no advertising network.
• You stay in control. You can delete individual notes, bookmarks and favourites in the app, or remove everything by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it (see section 17).

1. Who we are

The Lnastaqim app is an Islamic digital endowment project created to serve the Holy Quran and Sunnah freely for the sake of Allah, maintained by a dedicated volunteer team ("we", "us").

We hold your privacy to the highest standard and ensure no personal data is collected or tracked. For any privacy inquiries, reach out directly at lnastaqim@gmail.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Lnastaqim mobile app for Android (package com.islam.lnastaqim) and iOS (bundle com.islam.lnastaqim), and this website. It does not cover other apps or websites you open from Lnastaqim, such as WhatsApp, your email app, Google Maps or payment apps; their own privacy policies apply.

4. What we do not collect

We clearly confirm that the Lnastaqim app does not:

• create accounts or ask you to sign up or log in;
• ask for your name, email address or phone number inside the app;
• send your location, notes, bookmarks, favourites or tasbeeh counts to our server;
• use your location in the background;
• access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, calendar or files;
• show ads, or process payments (donation links open your own banking or payment app).

We do not sell your personal information. We definitively confirm that no personal information is ever sold or shared

5. Device permissions

You can grant or withdraw these at any time in your device settings. Optional permissions are not required for the rest of the app to work.

Android

• Location (precise and approximate), while using the app: prayer times, qibla and "find a mosque". Optional: without it, choose your city by hand.
• Notifications: adhan alerts and reminders (morning and evening azkar, salah on the Prophet ﷺ), download progress.
• Alarms & reminders (exact alarms): to play the adhan at the exact prayer time.
• Full-screen notifications: to show the adhan screen when the phone is locked.
• Display over other apps (optional, off by default): to show the adhan screen while you are using another app. You enable it yourself in Settings.
• Run at startup: to set the adhan alarms again after the phone restarts or the time zone changes.
• Foreground service (media playback): to keep recitations and the adhan playing, with a visible notification.
• Keep awake and vibration: during the adhan and audio playback.
• Internet and network state: to download content.
• Advertising ID, ad-attribution and install-referrer access: added by Google Analytics for Firebase and used for analytics as described in section 7. The app shows no ads.

iOS

• Location while using the app: prayer times, qibla and "find a mosque". Optional: without it, choose your city by hand.
• Notifications, including Time-Sensitive notifications: adhan alerts and reminders, which can break through Focus if you allow it.
• Background audio and background refresh: to keep recitations playing and to refresh the adhan schedule.

6. Third-party services

7. Analytics, crash reporting, advertising and tracking

Analytics (Android only). The Android app includes Google Analytics for Firebase. Google states that it automatically collects certain events (for example first open, session start, screen views and app updates), together with an app-instance ID and, where your device provides one, the Advertising ID. The app currently has no in-app switch to turn this off. To limit it, you can delete or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (on most devices: Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads), or uninstall the app. Google's description: automatically collected events.

No analytics on iOS. The iOS app does not include Google Analytics for Firebase.

Crash reporting (Android and iOS). If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a technical crash report to help us fix the problem. It does not contain your notes or your location. There is currently no in-app switch to turn this off.

Advertising and tracking. The app shows no ads and contains no advertising network. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The project is entirely non-commercial and decoupled from advertising services

8. Religious-practice information

Using an Islamic app, setting prayer alerts or keeping tasbeeh counts can reveal religious beliefs, which many laws treat as sensitive personal data. This is how we handle it:

• Your prayer-alert settings, reminders, tasbeeh counts, notes, bookmarks and favourites stay on your device. We do not receive them.
• Our server sees which content is requested from your IP address (for example a recitation). It is not linked to an account, because there are no accounts.
• On Android, Google Analytics for Firebase records that the app is being used and which screens are opened. Because this is an Islamic app, that usage can itself indicate religious practice.
• We do not use this information for advertising and do not sell it.

All devotional activity data remains strictly on your device by your choice

9. Location data

• When asked: the app asks for location permission when it starts. You can refuse.
• Precision: the app requests a medium-accuracy position, and while the app is open it only updates after you have moved about 10 km.
• Only while you use the app. The app does not track your location in the background. Background prayer-time updates use the last saved location.
• Stored on your device: your last position, city and country, and whether you chose the city yourself.
• Who receives it: not our server. Your platform's geocoding service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS) receives the coordinates to find your city name, or the text you type when you search for a city. If you tap "find a mosque", your coordinates are passed to Google Maps in the address that opens.
• Without location: prayer times still work. Choose your city by hand. If no location is available at all, the app uses Makkah al-Mukarramah until you choose one.

10. Data on your device vs. on servers

Device backups. On Android, the system's automatic backup is not switched off for this app, so the app's stored data (for example notes, bookmarks and your saved location) can be included in your Google account backup, depending on your backup settings. On iOS, app data can be included in your iCloud or computer backups, depending on your settings.

11. This website

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. It stores only your language and light/dark choice in your browser's local storage so that it can remember them. This website sets no tracking cookies or analytics scripts

12. Children's privacy

Lnastaqim is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. It has no accounts and does not ask anyone, including children, for their name or contact details. The analytics (Android) and crash reporting described in section 7 apply to everyone who uses the app. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

The app is rated for all ages and family-friendly

13. International transfers

Google processes Firebase data on servers in several countries, including the United States. Our content server is located in secure cloud infrastructure. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and international privacy safeguards.

14. Data retention

• Data on your device: until you delete it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
• Server request logs: automatically rotated and purged within 30 days.
• Analytics data (Android): retained temporarily and purged periodically.
• Crash reports: as set by Google for Crashlytics.
• Emails and messages you send us: retained only to resolve your inquiry and then deleted.

15. Security

The app connects to our server and to Firebase over encrypted HTTPS connections. Some radio and audio streams from third-party broadcasters may be delivered over unencrypted HTTP when the broadcaster offers nothing else; these connections carry only the audio you asked for. Most of your data never leaves your device and is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we handle.

16. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal data we process and get a copy (access, portability);
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time (for example by switching off location permission), without affecting earlier processing;
• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it);
• not be treated differently for using your rights;
• complain to a data-protection authority, for example in your EU or UK country of residence, or the Personal Data Protection Center in Egypt. the data protection authority in your country

To use these rights, email lnastaqim@gmail.com. We will reply within within 3 business days. Because the app has no accounts and does not show you any identifier, we may need you to describe your request in detail. We cannot see the data stored on your device; you control it directly (section 17).

17. How to delete your data

There is no account to delete. Your data is removed as follows:

1. Individual items in the app: delete notes, bookmarks, favourites and downloaded audio from their screens. ("Clear cache" in Settings removes only temporary files.)
2. Everything on Android: Settings › Apps › Lnastaqim › Storage › Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
3. Everything on iOS: Settings › General › iPhone Storage › Lnastaqim › Delete App, or touch and hold the app icon and choose Remove App › Delete App.
4. Data held by us or by Google: email lnastaqim@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request – Lnastaqim". See the step-by-step guide on our Contact page.

Uninstalling the app stops all further collection. Analytics and crash data already sent are deleted according to section 14.

18. Changes to this policy

When the app or this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also inform you in the app or on the store listing before the change takes effect.
